Ron and his crew were punctual and professional. Interacting with Ron was a great experience: he described in advance what they were going to do and when, and followed up with status updates throughout the day. All the folks working on the crawlspace project were courteous, and they finished the job quickly and at high quality. At the end of the process I went into the crawlspace myself, with Ron by my side describing what they had done, and what to watch out for in the future. The finished work looked neat and clean, and all odors and prior mess were completely gone. They will follow up in a few days with a post-project inspection, but so far I am very pleased with the quality of their work.
Update: the follow up inspection was quick and professional. I received photos and updates on the state of the traps (no activity, yay). Very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this business.

Attic Star is an excellent company to do business with. They identified several options but never pressured one way or another. Once the decisions were made an Installation date was made. They came out a few days before to make final calculations and make sure I had all my questions answered. They showed up on time. They sealed off the house so minimal dust would collect. It took 2 days to complete. At the end of the 1st day, they cleaned up completely. Again showed up on time and finished the job. All employees were respectful and professional. I would recommend them for any work you need done. Thank you.

Super detailed report of the work they could do when I was shopping for new ac unit and new duct work. Toni super professional to engineer the best locations of the vents. Everyone was on time to the earlier part of the quoted time frame. David and his crew did a great job the first day of making sure they cleaned up after themselves. However the Second day was the opposite. I’ve had painting/maintenance jobs over the summers and one thing I know is about cleaning up after you drop paint when it’s fresh. When the job was finished, There was still a lot of insulation in my yard. There were drops of plaster here and there throughout the house. Debris from the cut outs on floor and door jams. Couple scuff marks on wall/frame. It was the opposite is day one. Like they rushed to get done. Still recommend the company, but was disappointed that I had to spend the afternoon next day cleaning up the mess.

We just had a home energy audit and the folks at Attic Star were amazing all around...from scheduling to arrival. Our technician, Eddie, was incredibly thorough and put together a super comprehensive overview of our home's energy use, with recommendations of how to improve our efficiency. He spent two hours going through every part of the house (even the attic in the dead of Phoenix summer) and showed us how and where we were losing energy. The infrared camera revealed some shocking things we had no idea about. Once we have the budget to do some retrofitting, our first call will be to Attic Star!

I'll just get to the point. I rarely give 5 star ratings, but Attic Star lived up to the bill. Joey and his crew were amazing on many points. On time, hard working, fast, and thorough. All my concerns were addressed, and I was educated in the process. If you have a mice or a rat issue, this is the crew for you. The entrance to the crawl space was in the house. These guys made a tunnel of plastic through the hallway and out to the garage so they could bag and remove all the contaminated insulation without affecting the rest of the house. Thank You job well done.

Very impressed with the customer service and workmanship of Attic Star. Had all my ducts replaced and new cellulose added to bring attic up to R49 insulation. David and David were the leads for the crews that did the work. They took all precautions to try and minimize dust and kept me informed of every aspect of the work. Lets face it removing old duct and installing new is a very dusty job with cellulose. Toni started the whole process by doing an engineering study of existing house and duct work to determine optimal duct installation. Great job by all and I highly recommend Attic Star.

Today we had Ben perform our annual maintenance. I must admit Ben is a big part of the reason we love this company. He is our favorite. I just can’t say enough good things about the company or Ben. They are always so responsive. There is never any pushy selling of services we don’t need. I wish all companies we delt with were as professional and as courteous. I feel like it’s a rarity these days. We will never go anywhere else for our heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend them. Best in the business in my eyes. Thank you, Ben!!!!

A big shout out to this company! We had Attic Star out to perform inspection of attic & crawl space. Attic was in good shape but under house a mess. Apparently some rodent activity, insulation not great being a 1998 house, vapor barrier holes & torn up from rodent activity. Yesterday they came out and spent the day repairing. First they removed all insulation & vapor barrier. In process found a pipe in kitchen that had drip so plumber called out to fix. They also found mold from the long term dripping but had the treatment with them and did the whole crawl to kill the mold. A few hours later they proceeded to put all new high grade insulation in, nice grade vapor barrier, foamed all areas for rodent entry. They also put some rat traps out just so they can come back in 2 weeks to be sure no other entry areas happened that were missed. My husband went under house this morning to check out the job they did and we are impressed with the work they completed. They were great and the warranties are really good. Very please!

Our condo assn. hired Attic Star to insulate our fire sprinkler pipes to help prevent them from the possibility of freezing during a cold snap. The work also involved opening up the ceiling/removing drywall, placing the insulation, re-drywalling, and painting. At every turn, Attic Star--particularly account exec. Daniel Axelrod--were total pros. They brought so much care to the project from start to finish. And the onsite crew members were top notch. I highly recommend them.

Attic Star technician performed an Energy Audit of my home and was on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and checked out the entire ductwork and heating/cooling system to give me recommendations to improve my energy efficiency and save money! He promptly gave me a proposal with several options for me while he was here. I haven't decided yet what work I will have done but I would feel very confident that Attic Star would do a great job!

Attic Star was very responsive and professional. The insulation in my 100+ year old home was extremely outdated so I initially contacted them to put in more modern insulation. When he did the inspection, Liam was very thorough and professional and also noticed my attic needed light mold remediation and to have the bathroom fan properly vented. When I booked the job, they price matched a competing quote to give me the best value possible.
While onsite for the attic work the crew manager, Juan, went to check out my crawlspace and noted that it had no insulation and insufficient rodent proofing and so was able to work with the office to get me a very good price on doing that work as well (again way under a competing quote for the same materials and scope of work).
The office was prompt in following up after the job with photos, and sent a follow-up inspector two weeks later to ensure all the work was completed to their standard.
Very happy with the experience and I would recommend them for anyone that needs upgrades to their basement, crawl space, or attic - the comfort difference is noticeable!

Originally, there was a misunderstanding regarding my air duct cleaning appointment. Instead of writing me off, Attic Star went above and beyond. The customer service I received was excellent. They were timely, professional, and they did an extremely thorough job (my air ducts were disgusting!). As a result, the air in my house literally FEELS cleaner. Would absolutely recommend them.

Today I had insulation blown into my attic by Attic Star. They were early for my appointment (per my request) which worked out great for me. The job was done in a very timely manner and they were very thorough. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards. This is my third time using them and they get 5 stars in my book.
