Ron and his crew were punctual and professional. Interacting with Ron was a great experience: he described in advance what they were going to do and when, and followed up with status updates throughout the day. All the folks working on the crawlspace project were courteous, and they finished the job quickly and at high quality. At the end of the process I went into the crawlspace myself, with Ron by my side describing what they had done, and what to watch out for in the future. The finished work looked neat and clean, and all odors and prior mess were completely gone. They will follow up in a few days with a post-project inspection, but so far I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Update: the follow up inspection was quick and professional. I received photos and updates on the state of the traps (no activity, yay). Very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this business. ~ Radu G
Super detailed report of the work they could do when I was shopping for new ac unit and new duct work. Toni super professional to engineer the best locations of the vents. Everyone was on time to the earlier part of the quoted time frame. David and his crew did a great job the first day of making sure they cleaned up after themselves. However the Second day was the opposite. I’ve had painting/maintenance jobs over the summers and one thing I know is about cleaning up after you drop paint when it’s fresh. When the job was finished, There was still a lot of insulation in my yard. There were drops of plaster here and there throughout the house. Debris from the cut outs on floor and door jams. Couple scuff marks on wall/frame. It was the opposite is day one. Like they rushed to get done. Still recommend the company, but was disappointed that I had to spend the afternoon next day cleaning up the mess. ~ Courtney W
Attic Star is an excellent company to do business with. They identified several options but never pressured one way or another. Once the decisions were made an Installation date was made. They came out a few days before to make final calculations and make sure I had all my questions answered. They showed up on time. They sealed off the house so minimal dust would collect. It took 2 days to complete. At the end of the 1st day, they cleaned up completely. Again showed up on time and finished the job. All employees were respectful and professional. I would recommend them for any work you need done. Thank you. ~ Karen M
